盐酸曲马多栓的制备采用以聚氧乙烯硬脂酸为基质的热熔法。用一阶导数先谱法测定其含量。以２７７ｎｍ为测定波长，排除基质的干扰，简便快速。平均回收率９９．５１％，ＲＳＤ＝０．５３。
Preparation of tramadol hydrochloride suppository using polyoxyethylene stearic acid-based hot melt method. The first derivative spectrum method was used to determine its content. To 277nm for the determination of wavelength, excluding matrix interference, simple and quick. The average recovery was 99.51%, RSD = 0.53.
