目的:观察余甘子对猪血清所致免疫性肝纤维化大鼠的影响。方法:采用大鼠ip猪血清,造成大鼠肝纤维化,ig余甘子提取物,检测丙氨酸转移酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸转移酶(AST)、白蛋白(Alb)、球蛋白(GLO)、总蛋白(TP)的含量,计算肝脏系数,并观察肝组织病理形态学变化。结果:余甘子提取物能够减少ALT,AST,GLO,TP的含量,升高Alb含量,纠正蛋白倒置,降低肝脏系数;改善肝组织病理损伤。结论:余甘子对猪血清致大鼠肝纤维化模型具有较好的保护作用。
Objective: To observe the effect of Phyllanthus emblica on immune-induced hepatic fibrosis in pigs. Methods: The rats were induced with ip pig serum to induce hepatic fibrosis, extract of Phyllanthus emblica, ALT, Alb, Alb (GLO) and total protein (TP) were measured. The liver coefficient was calculated and the pathological changes of liver tissue were observed. Results: Phyllanthus emblica extract can reduce ALT, AST, GLO, TP content, increase Alb content, correct protein inversion, reduce the liver coefficient; improve liver tissue pathological injury. Conclusion: Phyllanthus emblica has a good protective effect on the model of liver fibrosis induced by pig serum.
