利用广角度的X射线散射 (WAXS)得到的全径向分布函数 (RDF)研究非晶质岩石结构已有报道 .但是 ,对于像非晶质岩石这样组成复杂的物质 ,从全径向分布函数只能得到非常粗略的结构信息 .目前还没有好的方法能将全分布函数分离成能够表征结构细节的偏分布函数 .为更深入地研究非晶质岩石的结构特征 ,用多峰重叠分峰法将全分布函数上非对称峰分解为近似对称的分立峰 ,通过分析分立峰的峰参数及其与组成的关系 ,获得了进一步的结构信息
The study of amorphous rock structures using the full radial distribution function (RDF) obtained by wide-angle X-ray scattering (WAXS) has been reported. However, for materials with complex composition such as amorphous rock, the total radial distribution function We can only get very rough structure information.At present there is no good way to separate the full distribution function into partial distribution function that can characterize the structure details.In order to further study the structural characteristics of amorphous rock, The method decomposes the asymmetric peak on the full distribution function into approximately symmetrical discrete peaks. By analyzing the peak parameters of discrete peaks and their relationship with the composition, further structural information is obtained
