目的探讨CRP联合WBC检测在呼吸道感染疾病中的应用价值。方法选取我院2014年12月至2015年4月收治的325例呼吸道感染的患者为研究对象,按照病原体的不同分为细菌感染组、支原体感染组、病毒感染组。另选取40例健康体检者为正常对照组,对以上各组的CRP及WBC进行检测。结果细菌感染组及支原体感染组的WBC、CRP显著高于病毒感染组和正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。细菌感染组的CRP显著高于支原体感染组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。WBC与CRP联合检测的阳性率高于单独检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 WBC与CRP可作为呼吸道感染的重要参考指标,联合检测可提高诊断率。
Objective To investigate the value of CRP combined with WBC detection in respiratory tract infections. Methods Totally 325 patients with respiratory tract infection in our hospital from December 2014 to April 2015 were selected as the research object. According to the different pathogens, the patients were divided into bacterial infection group, mycoplasma infection group and viral infection group. Another 40 healthy subjects were selected as the normal control group, and the CRP and WBC of the above groups were tested. Results The WBC and CRP of bacterial infection group and mycoplasma infection group were significantly higher than those of virus infection group and normal control group (P <0.05). CRP in bacterial infection group was significantly higher than that in mycoplasma infection group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The positive rate of combined detection of WBC and CRP was higher than the single test, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion WBC and CRP can be used as an important reference index for respiratory infection, combined detection can improve the diagnostic rate.
