阐述了降低气孔率是搅拌铸造工艺制备颗粒增强型金属基复合材料的关键技术。首先给出了一种计算气了孔率的公式及测定方法,通过分析SICp/ZL101复合材料铸锭中所含气孔的种类、形成机理,最后通过试验指出了降低气孔率的一些措施。
Described the reduction of porosity is the key technology for the preparation of granular reinforced metal matrix composites by the stirring casting process. Firstly, a formula for calculating gas porosity and its determination method are given. By analyzing the types and formation mechanism of the pores contained in SICp / ZL101 composite ingot, some measures to reduce the porosity are pointed out through experiments.
