王学顺 １９９１年毕业于清华大学，获工学硕士和ＭＢＡ学位。１９９１年开始供职于电子部北方ＣＡＤ公司，先后任软件工程师、应用开发部经理、市场销售部经理。 １９９４年创办北京艾克斯特公司，任副董事长、总裁。王学顺先生多年来一直致力于企业信息化方面的研究和应用工作，其研究成果曾经获得国家教委科技进步一等奖，并在国外核心刊物和国际学术会议上发表学术论文几十篇。
Wang Xueshun graduated from Tsinghua University in 1991 with a master’s degree in engineering and an MBA. In 1991, he began working at North Department of Electronics, CAD, and worked as a software engineer, application development manager, and marketing manager. In 1994, he founded Beijing Extron Corporation as vice chairman and president. Mr. Wang Xueshun has been devoted to the research and application of enterprise informatization for many years. His research achievements have won the first prize of scientific and technological progress of the State Education Commission, and he has published dozens of academic papers in foreign core journals and international academic conferences.
