1250毫米立车横梁垂直刀架的工作进刀和快速移动是由进刀箱上三个独立的电机传动来实现的。在使用中,我们发现进刀箱有以下两个故障问题。 (1)进刀箱三个电机的功率不能满足生产要求,而且经常发生烧坏电机或电机轴颈折断的事故。 (2)进刀箱托架右边φ25d的3×0.25沉割轴颈处发生折断。针对进刀箱存在的问题,我们进行了以下改装: 1.电机改装 (1)将功率原为1kW(n=1410r/min)的三只电
