HOW TO GET HIM TO TAKE YOUR ADVICE
Try these tips to put your man on the right path without pushing him over the edge.
Perfect your pose. Body lingo can speak louder than words, so watch your stance, Hovering over him communicates superiority. Instead, sit next to him and convey warmth with affectionate gestures.
Be his biggest fan. Hearing advice makes men feel like they don抰 measure up, but you won抰 make him feel stupid if you praise him while giving him guidance. For instance, if he抯 stressed about giving a presentation, remind him how well he handles crowds before putting in your two cents.
Shroud your suggestions. If you phrase your comments as questions, he抣l think he figures out the answer. A man will be more receptive to an inquiry because it doesn抰 seem pushing. “Doesn抰 it seem like you抳e been putting in tons of overtime?” instead of “Your boss is taking advantage of you.”
