从20世纪90年代开始,各种以拓展训练为主的体验式教育培训在国内深受欢迎。我们考虑到户外拓展活动中许多因素难以控制和掌握,风险太高,费用太贵,难于广泛运用在学校教育和课堂教学等状况,开始摸索在安全可控条件下能给人同样启迪的历奇教育的运用。经过工作者们5年的不断尝试与实践,历奇教育已经在国内70多座城市广泛应用于中小学生、团干部、公务员、企事业单位员工的教育培训中,取得了极大的成功。为总结提升国内历奇教育的整体水平,分享港澳等地区历奇教育的经验,使内地历奇教育工作迈向新的台阶,本期学报我们收集了国内和香港部分历奇工作者的经验总结和研究性文章,既有对历奇教育可持续性发展和精细化管理的思考;也有探讨历奇教育在大学新生入学教育、青工培训、中小学校教育及团校系统、监狱系统的运用;还有两位香港资深历奇工作者对历奇为本辅导的基楚理念反思和介绍结合挑战网阵与历奇为本辅导的应用。迈向未来,在探索研究本地化的历奇教育开展之时,我们需要更多地参考国外和港澳地区的资料和成功经验,也需要结合本地特点和不同受众的实际进行广泛的实践,更需要树立“没有最好,只有更好”的理念,不断创新历奇教育运用和操作。
