本文通过对乐山师范学院学生党员发挥先锋模范作用情况的调查,分析高校学生党员在发挥先锋模范作用方面存在的主要问题及产生的主要原因。提出只有通过完善学生党员教育机制、健全发展学生党员工作机制、创新学生党员实践机制、健全学生党员考核机制,才能形成让大学生党员发挥先进模范作用的长效机制。
In this paper, by investigating the model role played by student party members in Leshan Teachers College, this paper analyzes the main problems and the main causes of the role played by party members in colleges and universities in giving play to the vanguard and exemplary role. Only by improving the education mechanism of student party members, perfecting the working mechanism of student party members, innovating the student party members’ practical mechanism and perfecting the student party member assessment mechanism, we can form a long-term mechanism that enables college student party members to play an advanced and exemplary role.
