由于航空、航天以及汽车工业的发展,以往的铸造方法已不能满足要求,特种铸造方法应运而生。本文主要讨论了四种特种铸造工艺及各自所具有的特点,从铸件的批量、材质、大小、结构等方面的比较,探讨了不同零件所适合的铸造方法。最后,结合目前铸造业发展的现状,分析了铸造技术发展的趋势。
Due to the development of aviation, aerospace and automobile industry, the past casting methods can no longer meet the requirements, and the special casting method has emerged. This article mainly discusses four kinds of special casting technology and their own characteristics. The casting methods suitable for different parts are discussed from the aspects of batch, material, size and structure of the casting. Finally, combined with the current development of the foundry industry, analysis of the development trend of foundry technology.
