“熊岳圆葱”是我校近年选育的优良品种,它不仅产量高、品质好,而且具有高度的耐贮性。在不加特殊设施和自然室温条件下,可贮至次年3月份。据试验,贮藏260天的葱头普遍新鲜完好,发芽腐烂率仅为6.6%。通过贮藏,每亩葱头产值可增加到1,500~2,000元。目前,栽培、贮藏“熊岳圆葱”已成为农民致富的重要途径。 圆葱贮藏期长,在整个贮藏期温差变化大,因此,根据贮藏时期的气候特点,可分为以下三个贮藏阶段。 一、预贮阶段 为了提高圆葱的耐贮性,采收前6~7天要停止灌水,当植株枯黄时选晴天及时收获。收获后,在田间晒2~3天,然后捆成小把收藏在阴凉、防雨场所。此期管理是通风防潮,葱头外鳞片充分晾干后进行贮藏。
