从能量类供应的特点来看,400m栏属于糖酵解代谢类型。由于认识的偏差,曾认为400m栏属于体能类中耐力性中跑项目,导致训练以速度耐力为主,速度为辅,影响我国男子400m栏成绩的进一步提高。笔者认为400m栏训练应把速度和速度耐力放在同等重要地位,同时加强步幅训练的比重,重视力量素质及腰、腹肌力量的训练。这是我国男子400m栏缩短与世界先进水平差距的有效措施。
From the energy supply characteristics of view, 400m bar belongs to the type of glycolysis and metabolism. Due to the deviation of cognition, it was thought that the 400m column belongs to the mid-endurance endurance event in physical fitness class, resulting in speed-endurance-based training and speed supplement, which will affect the further improvement of the results of men's 400m hurdle in China. In my opinion, 400m hurdles training should put the speed and speed endurance on the same important position, while strengthening the proportion of pace training, emphasis on strength and waist strength, abdominal strength training. This is an effective measure to shorten the gap between China's men's 400m bar and the world's advanced level.
