中华人民共和国成立的40年,在人类的历史长河中,只是短暂的一瞬间,但在中国这块土地上却发生了翻天覆地的变化。看到我国经济建设所取得的巨大成就,回顾探索、开创和胜利前进的历程,对于我们进一步认识只有社会主义才能救中国的真理,对于我们进一步提高贯彻执行党的十一届三中全会以来的基本路线、方针和政策的自觉性,搞好治理整顿和深化改革,都有重要的意义。
In the 40 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, it has only been a brief moment in the long history of mankind.
