在1985年11月召开的评审会上,专家们对公安部天津消防所提出的“建筑物爆炸泄压泄放比的研究”报告,进行了评审,认为: 1.该项研究针对当前建筑物爆炸泄压泄放比研究中急待解决的重大问题进行了大量试验研究和数据分析。是国内首次比较系统地在这个领域内进行的研究。
