近年来,湖南林业开拓进取,创新发展,实施了一系列关键领域的林业改革和重要项目的林业建设,林业工作走在各省的前列,林业活力不断增强,成效不断显现。2012年,全省森林覆盖率和森林蓄积量实现了双增长,分别达到57.34%和4.29亿立方米;森林生态效益年度总价值达到8770亿元;实现林业产业总产值1884亿元。全省林业呈现出生态状况改善、综合实力提升、民生福祉提高、发展后劲增强的兴盛景象。
In recent years, forestry in Hunan Province has been pioneering, innovative and innovative. It has implemented a series of key forestry reforms and forestry construction in major projects. As forestry work is at the forefront of all provinces, forestry vitality has been continuously enhanced and its effectiveness has been constantly demonstrated. In 2012, the province’s forest coverage and forest stock volume achieved double growth, reaching 57.34% and 429 million cubic meters respectively; the annual total value of forest ecological benefits reached 877 billion yuan; and the total output value of forestry industry reached 188.4 billion yuan. The forestry in the whole province showed a prosperous scene of improving ecological conditions, improving overall strength, improving well-being of people’s livelihood, and enhancing development potential.
