利用金相显微镜和XRD衍射仪等设备研究了连续冷轧和可逆冷轧钢带对常化50W470组织织构及磁性能的影响。研究结果表明:连续冷轧钢带退火后的平均晶粒尺寸约为88μm,可逆冷轧钢带退火后的平均晶粒约为69μm;连续冷轧和可逆冷轧后织构都汇集在α和γ取向线上;连续冷轧和可逆冷轧的冷轧和退火织构都是在α取向线上。=15°偏向{001}<110>和=30°偏向{112}<110>织构处的取向密度相差比较明显,而γ取向线上的取向密度相差不大;连续冷轧成品铁损为:P1.5/50=2.94 W/kg,磁感为:B5000=1.729 T;可逆冷轧成品铁损为:P1.5/50=3.04 W/kg,磁感为:B5000=1.729 T。
The effects of continuous cold rolling and reversible cold-rolled strip on the texture and magnetic properties of normalized 50W470 were studied by means of metallographic microscope and X-ray diffractometer. The results show that the average grain size of the continuous cold-rolled strip annealed is about 88μm, the average grain size of the annealed cold-rolled strip after annealing is about 69μm. The textures of continuous cold-rolled and reversible cold- γ orientation line; both cold rolled and annealed textures for continuous cold rolling and reversible cold rolling are in the α-orientation line. The difference of orientation density at 织 = 15 ° and {110} and = 30 ° at {112} <110> texture is obvious, while the orientation density in γ orientation line is not much different. The loss is: P1.5 / 50 = 2.94 W / kg, the magnetic induction is: B5000 = 1.729 T; iron loss of reversible cold rolled product is: P1.5 / 50 = 3.04 W / kg; .
