目的分析我市无偿献血滞后的原因, 寻找适合我市招募自愿无偿献血队伍的方法。方法根据我市近六年来无偿和有偿献血人次统计情况进行分析。结果无偿献血人次在逐年增加,但仍无法满足临床用血。结论临床用血要实现全部来自自愿无偿献血者,需采取加大无偿献血宣传力度,掌握自愿无偿献血者献血动机,加强政府对无偿献血工作的支持,与无偿献血者建立亲情互动关系,提高血站工作人员的服务质量等措施。
Objective To analyze the reason of the lagging behind of blood donation in our city and to find a suitable method to recruit voluntary blood donation team in our city. Methods According to the statistics of gratuitous and paid blood donation in our city for the past six years. Results The number of blood donation increased year by year, but still can not meet the clinical use of blood. Conclusion All clinical blood donation needs to be realized by volunteer blood donation. To increase voluntary blood donation and blood donation, to grasp the motive of blood donation by voluntary unpaid blood donors, to strengthen government support for unpaid blood donation, to establish relationship of reciprocal blood relationship with unpaid blood donors, Station staff and other measures of service quality.
