对常用的国产培养基与进口的培养基进行了初步的质量比较实验。结果表明 :国产培养基与进口的培养基质量两者无显著差别。定性实验中 ,半流体培养基灵敏度均达到 10 - 7稀释度 ;液体培养基灵敏度均达到 10 - 9稀释度 ;定量实验中 ,两者测定同一样品的活菌数 ,国产培养基的结果为 8 5× 10 8CFU ml;国外培养基为 1× 10 9CFU ml。两种培养基用于支原体保存时 ,在 - 2 0℃条件下 2个月下降 1个对数级 ,但 6个月以上时 ,支原体活性很快下降。肺支原体在进口培养基上的发育状态优于国产培养基。
The common domestic medium and imported medium for a preliminary quality comparison experiment. The results showed that there was no significant difference between the quality of imported medium and domestic medium.
