患者男,57岁,干部。因左颧部阵发性疼痛五年、右额部阵发性疼痛二年,于1986年3月2日入院。五年前不明原因出现左颧部闪电样刺痛,数秒钟即消失。此后疼痛反复发作,多在进食、洗脸或说笑时出现,间歇期如常。无畏寒、发热及面部红肿.二年前右额部也出现阵发性疼痛,并常向头皮放射,其性质与左侧相同。曾进行过针刺、局部封闭及口服卡马西平等多种方法治疗无效。查体:一般情况佳,心肺正常,肝脾肋缘下未触及,左鼻翼旁为“板机点”,口腔、鼻、咽部及神经系统检查
Male patient, 57 years old, cadre. Due to left malar paroxysmal pain for five years, paroxysmal right frontal pain for two years, on March 2, 1986 admitted.
