在学校环境下,学生之间在交往过程中不可避免地要发生种种冲突,其中欺凌行为越来越引人注意。任何学生的问题最终都要归结到教育问题上,日常的教育问题都需要通过教师的活动才能解决。对于学生之间发生的欺凌行为,教育者肯定应以教育和引导为主。但是由于欺凌行为毕竟涉及另一方的利害关系,而且造成的伤害不仅有身体上的还有精神上的。因此,在做好教育引导的前提下,学校和教师需要运用一定的规范甚至惩戒方式才能处理好这类问题,帮助每一个学生在校园里获得安全成长的环境。
In the school environment, students inevitably encounter conflicts during the process of communication. Bullying is becoming more and more noticeable. The problem of any student ultimately comes down to the issue of education, and everyday problems of education need to be solved through the activities of teachers. For bullying among students, educators must be educated and guided. But because bullying, after all, involves the other’s stake, and the harm done is not only physical but also mental. Therefore, under the guidance of education, schools and teachers need to use certain norms and even disciplinary methods to handle such problems and help each and every student get a safe and secure environment on campus.
