目的研究落地生根Bryophyllum pinnatum的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱和制备薄层色谱等多种方法进行分离,并通过NMR等多种方法鉴定化合物的结构。采用RBL-2H3细胞脱颗粒法测定了化合物的抗过敏活性。结果从落地生根的60%乙醇提取部位分离得到1个木脂素类化合物:落地生根苷(1);4个黄酮类化合物:山柰酚(2)、芦丁(3)、槲皮素-3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖基(1→2)-α-L-吡喃鼠李糖苷(4)、槲皮苷(5)以及β-谷甾醇(6)。结论化合物1为新化合物,且木脂素类化合物为首次从该植物中分离得到。山柰酚为落地生根抗过敏主要活性成分之一。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Bryophyllum pinnatum. Methods The compounds were separated by silica gel column chromatography, gel column chromatography and preparative thin-layer chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by various methods such as NMR. The anti-allergic activity of the compounds was determined using the RBL-2H3 cell degranulation method. RESULTS: One lignan compound was isolated from the 60% ethanol extract of rooting on the ground: Pelargonidin (1); four flavonoids: kaempferol (2), rutin (3), quercetin- 3-O-α-L-arabinopyranosyl (1 → 2) -α-L-rhamnopyranoside (4), quercitrin (5) and β-sitosterol (6). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound, and lignan compounds are isolated from this plant for the first time. The kaempferol is one of the main active ingredients of anti-allergy anti-allergic drugs.
