目的 探讨256层iCT评估正常成人甲状腺大小及其影响因素的相关性研究.方法 搜集本院180例行头颈部CTA或颈部CTA扫描的患者,男、女各90例,测量其甲状腺的前后径、内外径、上下径、峡径、体积、上动脉内径、下动脉内径及人体生理参数.结果 男性甲状腺两侧的前后径、内外径、上下径、体积、上动脉内径、下动脉内径及总体积均大于其女性,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).甲状腺右侧的前后径、内外径、上下径、体积、上动脉内径及下动脉内径均大于其左侧,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).甲状腺总体积(11.35±2.66)cm3,50岁以下的年龄组与50岁以上的年龄组之间有明显差异(P＜0.05).年龄与甲状腺总体积呈负相关(r=-3.244),BS与甲状腺总体积呈正相关(r =3.531),左上动脉内径与甲状腺总体积呈正相关(r=2.460) (P ＜0.05).结论 256层iCT可以评估正常成人甲状腺大小及其影响因素,对甲状腺疾病的诊断和治疗具有重要的临床意义.“,”Objective To investigate the correlation between thyroid size in healthy adults and its influencing factors with use of Philips 256-slice intelligent CT(iCT).Methods 180 patients (90 males,90 females) underwent the head and neck CT angiography (CTA) or the cervical CTA examination.The parameters (thickness,width,length,isthmus,volume,diameter of the superior artery,diameter of the inferior artery) of the thyroid and various physiological parameters were measured.Results The dimensions (including thickness,width,length,volume) and the diameter of superior and inferior artery of both lobes in males were significantly larger than those of females (P ＜ 0.05).The dimensions (including thickness,width,length,volume) and the diameter of superior and inferior artery of the right lobe were greater than those of the left,which were statistical significance (P ＜ 0.05).The total volume of thyroid (including isthmus) was (11.35 ±2.66) cm3.There was statistical significance between age groups before 50 and age groups after 50 (P ＜ 0.05).The thyroid volume was negatively correlated with age(r---3.244) and positively correlated with BS and the diameter of left superior artery (r =3.531,2.460) (P ＜0.05 for all).Conclusion 256-slice iCT can assess thyroid size in normal adults and its influencing factors,which may provide significant information on diagnosis and treatment of thyroid diseases.
