本文研究了杂交水稻汕优63及其亲本PSⅡ颗粒的光化学特性和多肽组成.结果表明:汕优63 PS Ⅱ颗粒与放氧有关的多肽组成与亲本相比无显著差异;汕优63类囊体膜和PS Ⅱ颗粒的放氧活性及光合磷酸化的能力介于亲本之间;类囊体膜的吸收光谱及其室温荧光发射光谱显示:汕优63比其亲本对光有更大的吸收能力.
In this paper, the photochemical properties and polypeptide composition of hybrid rice Shanyou 63 and its parent PSⅡ were studied.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the composition of peptides related to oxygen release between Shanyou 63 PS Ⅱ and its parents, The oxygen-absorbing activity and photosynthetic phosphorylation ability of PS Ⅱ and PS Ⅱ particles ranged from that of their parents. The absorption spectra of thylakoid membranes and their fluorescence emission spectra at room temperature showed that Shanyou 63 had more absorption capacity than light .
