乡镇综合文化站是公共文化服务的重要阵地,是社会主义新农村文化建设的重要举措。乡镇综合文化站免费开放,有利于满足农民群众日益增长的精神生活需求,有利于改善民生、增进人民福祉,有利于树立以人为本的良好形象,有利于社会的和谐稳定。各乡镇综合文化站都应该勇于实践,大胆探索,努力做好免费开放工作,为促进社会主义新农村文化大繁荣、大发展,农民群众文明素质大进步、大提高而提供优质服务。
The township comprehensive cultural station is an important front for public cultural services and an important measure for the cultural construction of the new socialist countryside. Free and open township comprehensive cultural stations are conducive to meeting the growing spiritual needs of the peasants, help improve people’s livelihood, enhance people’s well-being, help establish a good people-oriented image and are conducive to social harmony and stability.
