为探讨急性心肌梗塞(AMI)患者周围血中内皮素(ET)及一氧化氮(NO)的浓度变化及意义,选择发病12h 内入院的AMI患者38 例,另选心绞痛患者23 例及正常对照者30 例,分别测定周围血中ET、NO的含量。结果提示:AMI患者ET 浓度明显高于心绞痛组及正常对照组,各组ET浓度变化依次为AMI组> 心绞痛组> 正常组,NO浓度则呈相反变化。表明NO与ET的平衡失调参与了心肌缺血损伤的发生、发展过程。
To investigate the changes and significance of endothelin (ET) and nitric oxide (NO) in peripheral blood of patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI), 38 patients with AMI admitted within 12 hours of onset, 23 patients with alternative angina pectoris and normal controls 30 cases, respectively, the determination of peripheral blood ET, NO content. The results suggest that ET concentration in patients with AMI is significantly higher than that in patients with angina pectoris and normal control group. The changes of ET concentration in each group are AMI group, angina pectoris group and normal group, while the NO concentration changes in the opposite direction. Show that imbalance of NO and ET involved in the occurrence and development of myocardial ischemic injury.
