党的十四届六中全会《决议》指出:“我们要建设的社会主义国家,不但要有高度的物质文明,而且要有高度的精神文明。两个文明都搞好,才是有中国特色的社会主义。”近年来,南京市杨公井服务大楼坚持精神文明建设不放松,有力地推动了企业经济效益的提高。仅以1996年为例,大楼当年完成营业额825万元,实现利税101万元,比上年分别增长14.5％和140％,职工年均收入达万元以上,创全市同行业先进水平。不仅如此,大楼还连续多次被评为省、市、区文明单位。杨公井服务大楼现有职工162人,其中一半以上是打工仔。人们不仅要探询:大楼连续多年取得精神和物质文明双丰收的决窍何在?
