本文利用场匹配法和对称网络的本征值,推导并给出了毫米波鳍线电感网络等效电路参量的计算公式。结果表明,电感参量值随鳍线和鳍厚的增加而减少,随频率的升高而增大。取不同模数对金属镀层的ε_r=2.22的介质基片电感鳍的计算表明,不连续区域中高次模数M大于80,均匀波导中的反射高次模数大于20时,等效网络电感参量的计算误差小于1%。单金属片和单金属镀层介质鳍的结果分别与有关文献中给出的结果相同。
In this paper, by using the field matching method and the eigenvalues of the symmetric network, the formulas for calculating the equivalent circuit parameters of the millimeter-wave fin line inductance network are deduced and given. The results show that the inductance decreases with the increase of fins and fins, and increases with the increase of frequency. The calculation of the inductance fins of medium substrate with ε_r = 2.22 with different moduli to the metal coating shows that the higher order module M in the discontinuous region is larger than 80 and the higher order module of reflection in the uniform waveguide is larger than 20, the equivalent network inductance The calculation error is less than 1%. The results for single metal sheets and single metal-coated dielectric fins are the same as those given in the literature.
