应用型本科高校经济类专业经济法课程面向学生专业广泛,课程内容涉及面宽,与法学专业相比,教学目标具有差异。当前,学生学习经济法课程基础薄弱,对课程认识不足,教师教学方法传统、陈旧。因此,在经济法课程的教学实践中,应根据不同经济类专业学生的需求,合理设置经济法教学内容,不断改革和创新教学方法,提高经济法课程教学的质量与效果。
