利用扫描电镜分析了轧制后的航空发动机用45Cr Ni Mo V钢在不同正火条件下的元素分布,优化其热处理工艺降低元素偏析。结果表明,经915℃×50 h正火处理后,试验钢组织均匀,元素偏析得到了明显改善。
The elemental distribution of 45Cr Ni Mo V steel for aero-engine after rolling under different normalizing conditions was analyzed by SEM, and the heat treatment process was optimized to reduce the elemental segregation. The results show that after normalizing at 915 ℃ for 50 h, the microstructure of the test steel is homogeneous and the segregation of elements is obviously improved.
