目的探讨自膨式覆膜食道支架治疗中晚期食管癌的功效及生存时间。方法选择44例食道癌患者,在透视监视、导丝引导下,将南京微创产不同规格的自膨式覆膜支架置入食道癌狭窄处,疏通食道,追踪观察病人临床症状改善情况;结果47枚支架均一次性置入成功,技术成功率100%。术后患者吞咽困难及生活质量明显改善,未发生严重的并发症。结论自膨式金属内支架缓解食管梗阻,简单、快速、安全、有效。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and survival time of self-expanding laminoplasty esophageal stent in the treatment of advanced esophageal cancer. Methods Forty-four patients with esophageal cancer were selected. Under the guidance of fluoroscopic monitoring and guide wire, self-expandable stent-grafts of different specifications were placed in esophageal strictures to clear the esophagus. The clinical symptoms of the patients were followed up. Results 47 stents were successfully placed one time, the technical success rate of 100%. Postoperative dysphagia and quality of life improved significantly, without serious complications. Conclusion Self-expanding metal stent relieves esophageal obstruction, which is simple, rapid, safe and effective.
