一戒拒绝承担个人责任 管理者如果想发挥管理效能,个人就得勇于承担一切责任。美国总统杜鲁门在自己的办公室挂了一条醒目的条幅:“扯皮到此为止”。每一位管理者都应该效法杜鲁门总统的格言。假若你对所在单位的工作成绩和效益不满意,请不要怪罪通货膨胀,请严格谨慎地检讨你采用的管理方式。应该敢于承担个人责任,因为职员只服从于自己所敬重的人,尤其是勇于承担个人责任的管理者。
A refusal to take personal responsibility Managers who want to play management effectiveness, individuals have the courage to take all the responsibility. U.S. President Truman posted an eye-catching banner in his office: “The wrath is over.” Every manager should emulate President Truman’s motto. If you are dissatisfied with the performance and effectiveness of your work unit, please do not blame inflation. Please strictly and carefully review your management methods. Dare to assume personal responsibility, because the staff obey only their own respect, especially the courage to assume personal responsibility managers.
