发展低碳经济是应对全球变化、维系人类与地球和谐共存的重要战略。作为一种新的经济模式,低碳经济与生态产业是实现生态文明与可持续发展的重要内容,而电子信息产业是重要的生态产业之一,发展电子信息产业也就是发展低碳经济,文章提出了发展电子信息产业的一些相关措施。
Developing a low-carbon economy is an important strategy to cope with global changes and maintain the harmonious coexistence of mankind and the Earth. As a new economic model, low-carbon economy and ecological industry are the important contents to realize ecological civilization and sustainable development. Electronic information industry is one of the important ecological industries. To develop electronic information industry is to develop low-carbon economy. Put forward some measures to develop the electronic information industry.
