目的:探究胰体尾肿瘤伴胰源性门静脉高压患者根治性切除手术的临床应用效果。方法:选取我院2012年5月到2016年5月收治的15例胰体尾肿瘤伴胰源性门静脉高压患者作为研究对象,回顾分析这些患者的临床资料。结果:患者均采用根治性切除术进行治疗,其中有9例患者又进行PSPH处理。这些患者中显效8例,有效5例,另有2例无效,总有效率为86.67%。患者并发症发生4例,发生率为26.67%。患者中无死亡发生。结论:根治性切除手术能够有效的治疗胰体尾肿瘤伴胰源性门静脉高压患者,且术后并发症较少,值得在临床上推广使用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of radical resection of pancreatic body tail tumor with pancreatic portal hypertension. Methods: Fifteen patients with pancreatic body end-cancer and pancreatic portal hypertension who were treated in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2016 were selected as the research object, and the clinical data of these patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results: All patients underwent radical resection and 9 of them underwent PSPH. Eight of these patients were effective, 5 were effective, and 2 were ineffective with a total effective rate of 86.67%. 4 cases of patient complications occurred, the incidence was 26.67%. No death occurred in the patient. Conclusions: Radical resection can effectively treat patients with pancreatic body and tail tumor with pancreatic portal hypertension, and less postoperative complications, which are worth popularizing in clinic.
