我厂600、380、40、20马力内燃机车系列产品的驾驶室,车架等部件需加工许多φ50~φ300毫米大的圆孔。料厚为1~3毫米。如果采用气割或是凿削,不但效率低,精度往往也不能保证。为此,我们参照了国外的一些资料,设计并制造了通用板料多刀切孔器,较好地解决了在薄板上加工各种圆孔的问题。切孔器结构如图1所示,由锥柄体1;滑轴2、10;滑动刀座4;小钻头9;刀头8;压紧螺丝3、6、7几部分组成。锥
