新西兰兔12只,分实验组8只和对照组4只,实验组经输精管向附睾方向注射鱼肝油酸钠Sodium morrhuate,SM)每侧0.3ml,术前及术后每周人工阴道采精,动态观察精浆中肉毒碱及α-糖苷酶的含量改变,一般于注射药物后一个月肉毒碱即下降至最低水平,以后8个月维持此水平;α-糖苷酶于注射药物后1个月也呈下降趋势,于3个月下降至最低水平,以后有恢复趋势。实验组分别于注射药物后4个月及9个月各处死动物4只,取其附睾作形态学研究,光镜下见附睾尾部静纤毛脱落、变短,上皮内可见淋巴细胞和巨噬细胞,附睾腔内可见退化脱落生精细胞及多核巨精子细胞;电镜下见附睾静纤毛脱落,高尔基体扩张,上述形态变化在注射药物后4个月尤为明显,实验结果提示,经输精管向附睾注射药物后可引起附睾结构与功能改变,从而影响精子在附睾的成熟及运动能力的获得。
