随着近年来中国旅游业的快速发展,对中国旅游教育输出专业人才的要求显得越来越急切。但是通过对中职旅游教育的研究发现,中等旅游职业教育起步晚,旅游方面教学队伍对此的研究相较于基础教育时间短,教学经验不丰富并且教学模式单一不完善,缺乏科学性,导致大批旅游专业学生要么专业技术水平低担任不了旅游业的大梁,要么就是掌握了专业课堂知识却在实践中不能充分发挥用途,结果因为就业情况的不理想而流入其他行业,使旅游行业严重脱节。旅游业的发展因此受到很大的影响,这样在很大意义上也造成了旅游教育的失败和浪费。
With the rapid development of China’s tourism industry in recent years, the demand for China’s tourism education professionals is becoming more and more urgent. However, through the study of tourism education in secondary vocational schools, it is found that secondary vocational education started late, and tourism teaching team compared this research with that of basic education. The teaching experience is not rich and the teaching mode is not perfect. The lack of scientific result leads to A large number of tourism majors can not afford the low level of professional skills as the backbone of the tourism industry or have mastered the professional knowledge of the classroom but they can not give full play to their use in practice. As a result, the tourism industry is severely out of touch with other industries because of the unsatisfactory employment situation. Therefore, the development of the tourism industry is greatly affected, which in a great sense also causes the failure and waste of tourism education.
