设计了特殊的探针装置以测定渗硼过程中膏剂内部电位分布:试验表明:在试样上5mm膏剂中相对试样存在40~50V电位差。据此建立的由电解机制作用的渗硼机理的模型解释了本工艺中出现高渗速的原因;通过研究指出了温度、时间和放电功率对渗层厚度的影响规律。用该工艺处理的一系列YG8拉丝模具,在实际使用中其服役寿命显著提高。
A special probe device was designed to measure the potential distribution inside the paste during the boronization process. The test shows that there is a potential difference of 40 ~ 50V in the relative sample of 5mm paste on the sample. The model of boronizing mechanism which is established by electrolysis mechanism is explained to explain the reason of the rate of high permeation rate in this process. The influences of temperature, time and discharge power on the thickness of the layer are pointed out. With this process a series of YG8 drawing dies, in service life of its significantly improved service life.
