一般认为在薄钢板上不能制作螺纹孔,但如果采用本文介绍的方法,可以得到理想的效果。先钻制一个底孔,直径l_0=0.45d_1(d_1—螺纹孔内径),然后如图1所示在冲床上进行变薄翻边。翻边内径即凸模外径为螺纹孔内径d_1;翻边外径即凹模内径一般取d_1+1.3δ(δ—板厚)。变薄后的壁厚一般取板厚的0.65倍,故翻边时单面间隙一般也取板厚
