用球面扫描十涉仪(简称干涉仪)和激光光谱扫描分析仪(简称分析仪)分析观测激光光束时,仪器调节简单,使用方便.本文介绍了这种仪器的工作原理,并用它具体分析观测He—Ne激光光束的模式结构,测算谱线带宽和相干长度.
The instrument is simple to adjust and easy to use when analyzing and observing the laser beam with a spherical scanning interferometer (referred to as the interferometer) and a laser spectral scanning analyzer (referred to as the analyzer) .This paper introduces the working principle of this instrument and uses it to analyze and observe He-Ne laser beam pattern structure, spectral line bandwidth and coherence length.
