既往研究表明,线粒体的老化是细胞衰老的重要原因之一。本文观察了不同龄大鼠脑内线粒体自由基水平及膜流动性的变化。 材料和方法 一、实验动物 纯系Wistar大鼠(购自山东省医学实验动物中心),雌雄兼用,不限饮食。动物随机分为幼年组(1月龄)、成年组(4月龄)和老年组(20月龄)。
Previous studies have shown that the aging of mitochondria is one of the important reasons for cell aging. In this paper, we observed the changes of mitochondrial free radical and membrane fluidity in different age rats. Materials and methods First, the experimental animals Purebred Wistar rats (purchased from the Shandong Provincial Experimental Animal Center of Medicine), both male and female, not limited to diet. Animals were randomly divided into young group (1 month old), adult group (4 months old) and the elderly group (20 months old).
