随着我国经济的不断快速发展,国家对科学研究领域的重视也日益提高。我国医疗卫生行业也在这个大背景下不断进步发展,而医院要发展首先就要使医生在医疗技术方面不断的提高和自我完善,所以每个医院都会筹资一定比例的科研经费,用于医生科研项目的研究。但在我国许多医院对于科研经费的监管不力,致使浪费、舞弊、违法行为的发生,这给医院和国家带来了一定的损失。因此,本文就医院如何更好的管理科研经费提出自己的一些拙见。
