将稻苗植于肥力中等的砂壤土,土壤水分含量为35%,采用扩散法加入除草剂绿黄隆,25±1℃恒温避光培养6天,测定江苏省主要水稻品种对绿黄隆的敏感性。结果表明:常规粳稻品种对绿黄隆最敏感,在绿黄隆浓度为0.05~1μg/kg时,其对水稻秧苗根系生长的抑制作用可达显著水平;杂交粳稻和糯稻对绿黄隆较敏感,在绿黄隆浓度为1~5μg/kg时,其对秧苗根系生长的抑制作用亦达显著水平;籼稻对绿黄隆大都不敏感,即使绿黄隆浓度高达5μg/kg,仍不表现对秧苗根系生长的抑制作用。该文还对造成水稻品种敏感性差异的机理进行了讨论
