改革开放以来,我国经济迅速发展,国民收入日益提高,人们的消费观念逐渐转变,使得酒店行业空前繁荣。与此同时,酒店行业竞争也愈加激烈。从目前状况来看,我国酒店服务水平仍然比较落后。良好的服务水平可以在一定程度上可以弥补酒店硬件设备方面的不足,而服务水平的高低很大程度上又取决于酒店的服务人员。因此,本论文研究的课题就是如何提高酒店服务人员的服务水平。
Since the reform and opening up, China’s economy has developed rapidly, its national income has been increasing day by day, people’s consumption concept has gradually changed, and the hotel industry has enjoyed unprecedented prosperity. At the same time, the competition in the hotel industry is also getting fiercer. Judging from the current situation, China’s hotel service level is still relatively backward. Good service levels can to some extent make up for the lack of hotel hardware and equipment, and the level of service depends largely on the hotel staff. Therefore, the research topic of this thesis is how to improve the service level of hotel staff.
