探讨管理职业能力的提升,理论虽然明晰,但关键在于实践。一个管理者提升管理职业能力,需要通过一定的物质环境和精神氛围,使其有意无意地在思想观念、行为准则、价值取向等方面与现实文化发生认同,从而实现管理者精神、心灵、性格的提升和塑造。但是,更为突出地则是需要管理者自身的自觉实践,而且要在完成管理使命与目标的大背景下抓好个性管理,在管理职业全员发展的总体规划中来提升自我发展力。
