“现代学徒制”是高职教育的热点问题,同时也是近年来高职学校积极探索的校企合作工学结合的新方法、新模式。本文以天津商务职业学院报关与国际货运专业为例,通过对“津通班”一期合作模式的深入研究,探索高职院校现代学徒制在实施的过程中遇到的人才选拔、培养模式、课程设置、师资建设、考核对接等方面的具体问题,力求在报关专业学徒制改革中建立可行性培养方案,健全管理办法,以获得校企双赢的局面。
“Modern Apprenticeship ” is a hot issue in higher vocational education, but also a new method and new model for the combination of work and study between school and enterprise actively explored by higher vocational schools in recent years. Taking Tianjin Customs College and Tianjin International Trade Institute as an example, this paper explores the talent selection encountered by the modern apprenticeship in the process of implementation through the in-depth study on the first phase cooperation mode of “Jin Tong Class” Training mode, curriculum, teacher construction, appraisal docking, and other specific issues, and strive to establish feasibility studies in the professional apprenticeship reform programs, and improve management practices in order to obtain a win-win school-enterprise situation.
