省人大常委会对我省污水垃圾处理项目建设运营情况一直十分关注,分别于2007年和2009年进行了两次专题调研,并向省政府反馈调研中发现的主要问题。2010年8月23日至27日,省人大常委会检查组对海口、三亚、儋州、文昌、东方、澄迈、临高、昌江等8个市县(自治县)和洋浦经济开发区的污水垃圾处理厂(场)建设、污水管网和垃圾转运设施配套建设、污水垃圾运营机构、运营管理等方面的情况进行了工作监督检查。此前,检查组还听取了省国土环境资源厅、建设厅、水务厅有关情况的汇报,形成了检查情况报告。本刊摘要刊登,敬请关注。
Provincial Standing Committee of sewage treatment projects in our province has been very concerned about the construction and operation, respectively, in 2007 and 2009, conducted two special investigations and feedback to the provincial government survey found the main problems. From August 23 to August 27, 2010, the inspection team of the Provincial People’s Congress Standing Committee examined and approved the sewage treatment of eight cities and counties (autonomous counties) and Yangpu Economic Development Zone in Haikou, Sanya, Zhuozhou, Wenchang, Dongfang, Chengmai, Lingao and Changjiang Garbage treatment plant (field) construction, construction of sewage pipe network and garbage transfer facilities, sewage and garbage operation agencies, operations management and other aspects of the work of supervision and inspection. Earlier, the inspection team also heard the Provincial Department of Land, Resources and Environment, Construction Department, Water Department reports on the situation, the formation of the inspection report.
