随着有限元仿真模拟计算技术的成熟,有限元模型越来越多被用于汽车碰撞安全研究进行模拟试验,有限元模型的调试和对标对模型复现实际试验的精确程度有着重要影响。为研究影响有限元模型仿真计算与实际试验输出差异的主要因素,进行了14次行人头模块冲击试验,并建立了相应的有限元模型进行仿真模拟。在有限元模型对标的过程中,通过改变有限元模型结构建立上的处理方式和一些容易影响有限元模型输出的参数,得到了一些有限元模型对标的有效手段,并总结了有限元建模过程中需要严格控制的对结果影响显著的敏感参数。
With the maturity of FEM simulation technology, more and more finite element models are used in the simulation research of automobile crash safety research.
