目的:探讨儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(ADHD)与微量元素铅、锌的关系。方法:采用原子吸收分光光度法测定68例ADHD患儿头发锌与铅元素含量。结果:患儿头发锌值为78.35±17.66μg/g,铅值为10.28±2.99μg/g。锌和铅的相关系数为-0.76,显示高度负相关。结论:儿童ADHD与头发中微量元素锌和铅有关,对指导小儿ADHD的防治有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between children with ADHD and trace elements lead and zinc. Methods: Hair zinc and lead levels in 68 children with ADHD were measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results: The hair zinc value was 78.35 ± 17.66μg / g and the lead value was 10.28 ± 2.99μg / g. The correlation coefficient for zinc and lead was -0.76, indicating a highly negative correlation. Conclusion: ADHD in children is related to zinc and lead in hair, which is of great significance in preventing and treating children with ADHD.
