《九年义务教育全日制小学数学教学大纲(试用)》对各年级教学要求的用语进行了系统梳理,专门写了一个“关于教学要求用语的说明”作为附录,把有关知识的教学要求分为知道、理解、掌握、应用四个层次,把有关技能的教学要求分为会、比较熟练、熟练三个层次,每个层次的用语都分别用准确、简明的文字解释它的含义。这样做较好地解决了教学要求用语过多、含义不清楚、难以操作等长期困惑教师的一些问题。但是试用大纲的实际情况告诉我们,教师必须认真钻研大纲,把握这些教学要求用语的含义,在教学中认真加以实施,才能收到预期的效果。为了帮助教师把握这些教学要求用语,本刊将陆续发表无锡市教委教研室凌国伟同志撰写的系列文章,分别简单说说知道、理解、掌握、应用、会、比较熟练和熟练。

In order to help teachers grasp these teaching requirements, we will publish a series of articles written by Comrade Ling Guowei from the Teaching and Research Section of Wuxi City Board of Education, which will be briefly explained and understood, mastered, applied, and will be more familiar and proficient.
